This line consists of mixer, oil spreader, cake feeder, transmission, tunnel oven, steel band dry cleaner, cutting and cream injecting machine etc. The size of cakes can be adjusted through changing the gap between cutters and the speed cutters.
1. Manufacture Process:
Mixing→ Feeding→ Center Filling→ Baking→ Oil Spraying→ Cooling→Cream Spraying→ Rolling and Forming→ Cutting→ Cooling→ Sterilizing→ Packing.
